Indian Hackers Hacked Pakistan Government Website

Indian hackers Bl@Ck Dr@GoN and Zukr@in have allegedly hacked the official website of Rawalpindi’s (Pakistan) government. At the time of writing, the website http://rawalpindi.gov.pk is shows the message " Under Construction, please come back later."

Hackers were posted Indian flag in the homepage of defaced website, which is now removed by the website admin. Anyway, the screenshot of defaced page is here:

The hackers said (to pakistani hackers), "It’s a Payback For Hacking Indian Sites." Bl@Ck Dr@GoN is the one who hacked the Pakistan People’s-Party(PPP) ppp.org.pk and posted the same content last week.
